CBR City & Guilds Assured Temporary Works Coordinator Two Day Programme

This innovative 1 day course is designed to provide an overview and appreciation of this often contentious area of construction activity. It is suitable for company directors, H&S consultants,  builders and specialist contractors, utilities, civil engineering contractors, PSCS’s and PSDP’s wishing to gain knowledge in the field of temporary works and construction method engineering.

The course is based on Section 2 Procedural control of temporary works of BS 5975:2019 and includes an in depth review of current legislation, relevant codes of practice and available best practice guidance in the industry. Detailed, well designed course handouts are issued to delegates, however structural calculations do not form part of the program.

The program will not make the learner competent unless they have the previous skills, knowledge and experience to undertake the role. It is intended that the program will provide the learner with the technical training required to support them in the role.

This is a one day programme delivered over one day.

Full attendance of the 1 day course is required.

There is an examination at the end of the course which consists of 20 multiple choice questions, all of which are based on the course content delivered over the day. This is an open book examination.
